  1. It is located in the most fertile area of Tarai Sugar belt only 15 kms from Nepal border.

  2. On a clear day, you can see the Himalayan peaks from the Palace terrace.

  3. Built in 1894 in Indo-Sarasenic style, this palace has ten bedrooms, one large dining rooms with pantry and two lounges (one on each floor)

  4. The Palace also has 8 acres of lawns and grounds around it with servants quarters at the back.

  5. The Eastern entrance of the famous Dudhwa National Park, which was once the hunting reserve of the Rajas of Singhai is eight kilometers from the Palace.
